The Smocked Flounce Top Garland Print

Cut from cotton seersucker, The Smocked Flounce Top features an allover tapestry print reimagined from a vintage find in Northern California. Designed with a square body and forgiving smocking throughout, it has a soft peplum shape, a crew neckline, and relaxed t-shirt-style sleeves. The texture and print offer subtle dimension against the black ground.
